We had undergone independent audits under SOC 2 and HIPAA for our SafeSend and SafeSend Returns product offerings for a couple years before reaching out to Audit Liaison. Audit Liaison made an immediate impact in improving our security posture and identifying ways to make the independent audit process more efficient and taking much of the burden off me and my team. Although I did not anticipate utilizing Audit Liaison on a recurring basis, the value proposition, the strives we continue to make in our security and confidentiality controls, and in the management of our information security function has made the decision one of the best ones that we have made.
